CAP Infinity Basic 2.0
CAP Infinity Basic 2.0 is an introductory course for Community Action staff to fulfill the continuous improvement training requirements from DCED Directives 2022-08. (90 min)
CAP Infinity for Boards 2.0 - Basic
CAP Infinity for Boards 2.0 is designed for board members of Community Action Agencies across Pennsylvania to fulfill the continuous improvement training requirements from DCED Directives C2022-02 and C2022-03.  The Basic course will fulfill the funder requirements. (60 min)
CAP Infinity for Boards 2.0 - Intermediate
CAP Infinity for Boards 2.0 is designed for board members of Community Action Agencies across Pennsylvania to fulfill the continuous improvement training requirements from DCED Directives C2022-02 and C2022-03. The Intermediate course allows you to build upon the basic tenants to further drive continuous improvement. (30 min)
CAP Infinity Intermediate Continuous Improvement
CAP Infinity Intermediate is the 200-level version of the Continuous Improvement series created by CAAP that meets the PA Continuous Improvement directive. (60 min)
Civil Rights Training
By the end of the training, participants will have a solid understanding of civil rights requirements in Community Action programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance. They will be equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to uphold civil rights, prevent discrimination, and create inclusive environments that promote equal opportunities for all individuals. (30 min)

We spend a lot of time at work and by better understanding microaggressions we can both address and prevent them, creating a more inclusive environment for all. Stereotypes 
Our brains are wired to categorize everything we see, including people. It is important for us to continuously work and reflect on stereotypes and assumptions we hold – especially those we do not easily notice. In this course, you will learn how stereotypes and assumptions can create blind spots, understand the role stereotypes and assumptions play in discrimination, examine a variety of stereotypes, and identify steps to avoid stereotypes and assumptions. Understanding Bias
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, commonly referred to as DEI, are important to building both a happy, fulfilling workplace and a respectful, understanding society. This course is an introduction to DEI designed to create a base from which to grow. This introductory course will help you gain an understanding of what DEI looks like in real life. (30 min)
